In a region with limited connectivity, it is essential to rethink the design of a multifunctional complex capable of hosting a variety of activities that are both alternative and complementary, in order to maximize event opportunities. Designed to ensure maximum functional versatility, the complex integrates performance spaces with hospitality, reception, and residential functions. These various functions are not separate, but rather interwoven through a collaborative logic that allows each space to operate in a complementary, contemporary, and dynamic way. Not only spectators, but also artisans, artists, and resident companies will find an ideal environment for creation and performance. The inclusion of residential spaces is a crucial element, as evidenced by the most significant experiences in contemporary theater, making the project not just a place for consumption, but a hub for cultural and artistic production.
