Conceived as a place for people, ideas, and visions to meet, the building is located on the former industrial site at Via Novara 75, which was awarded through a 30-year concession following a call for proposals by the Municipality of Milan’s Department of State Property. Its permeable structure, integrated with the surrounding environment, aims to trigger a profound redevelopment of the neighborhood, transforming the space into a catalyst for new energy.
The project is a thoughtful, contemporary exploration of the languages, content, and quality of spaces dedicated to art, culture, and social interaction. With a diverse offering, the center aims to project a vibrant and dynamic image that meets the needs of a varied public, remaining open from morning until late. The complex houses theaters, cinema halls, studios, a bistro, and multipurpose spaces, while the covered passage serves as a central hub, dissolving the boundaries between the interior and the urban context.
